Serial child abuser Alan Jarvis – currently on multiple social network sites looking for gay teenage boys for ‘chemsex’

Jarvis from Portsmouth has a horrendous history of sexualy abusing multiple boys.

In 2000, he was sentenced to just three & half years for offences of:

– Rape and indecent assault against a 9 year old boy

– Indecent assault against a 10 year old boy

However, while he was on bail waiting to be sentenced, he went on to commit further offences against other boys, which included:

– Three counts of indecent assault

– Gross indecency with a male child

All sentences ran concurrent with the rape offence. Which meant is overall prison sentence was still three and half years.

He spent just 21 months in prison before being released.

However, just three months after being released, he was charged and convicted of indecently assaulting another 11 year old boy.

Jarvis who has a number of jobs working in pubs currently lives in Shadwell Road, Northend, Portsmouth. His house is literally just minutes from two schools and a nursery.

Deemed a considerable risk of re-offending and in the ‘high risk’ category of sex offender, he has continued to contact teenage boys online through various highly sexualised chat rooms.

His main interest is ‘chemsex’ and ‘high and horny’

“High and horny” (H&H or HnH) is a slang term used on dating and hook-up apps, primarily within the gay male community, to indicate interest in chemsex, which is the use of specific psychoactive drugs during sex.

Crystal methamphetamine (also known as “crystal,” “meth,” or “Tina”) is one of the main drugs associated with this practice.

Domestic abuser Jarvis has recently been in trouble again and is facing charges of Fraud and controlling and coercive behaviour.

Jarvis has never shown any remorse for the boys he abused and he thinks the world owes him. The arrogant pervert believes he is above everyone else.
