Millan was sentenced to 27 months imprisonment after pleading guilty to ABH and intentional strangulation following a domestic violence incident. He had already served time on remand after breaching bail conditions.
He is due to be released the week commencing 23rd March 2026 and will remain on licence under Probation supervision until July 2027, subject to strict conditions. Breaches can result in recall to prison.
Additional charges connected to the case included threats to kill, GBH, non-fatal strangulation, stalking, and controlling & coercive behaviour.
The victim in the case was granted a 3-year restraining order against him.
