Peter Street, formerly of South London with links to Kent, was found guilty at Inner London Crown Court on 27 February 2026 and sentenced on 15 April 2026.
He was convicted of arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sexual offence. During the course of the trial, he also changed his plea and admitted to making two Category A images and one Category B image.
Although no child was physically met, the judge determined the sentence based on the level of intent and harm Mr Street had planned during the interaction. He received a combined custodial sentence of four and a half years’ imprisonment.
In addition, Mr Street was made subject to an eight-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), with restrictions relating to contact with male children under the age of 18, and will be subject to notification requirements for life.
