Stephen Foster, 41, Lowestoft/Wymondham
On 21/02/25, at Norwich Crown Court, he was convicted of having planted a hidden camera in the bathroom at the home of a friend. He then used this to record the friend’s daughter taking a bath and using the toilet over a 4 year period.
His actions were only uncovered when police arrested him and seized his electronic devices after his online searches for underage pornography triggered a notification to them.
Foster received the following sentence:
-2 year prison sentence suspended for 2 years
-200 hours of unpaid work to be completed within 2 years
-12 month mental health training requirement
-20 day rehabilitation activity requirement
-40 day accredited programme requirement
-£150 costs payable at £10 per week
He is also subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and a 10 year restraining order was also granted against him.
