Richard Lievin, 29, Lowestoft/Norwich/Dereham/Attleborough (Originally from Bradford)

A Clare’s Law application is advised before having any involvement with this individual who has a history of domestic violence against ex-partners.

We have received information that he has recently been released from prison after being convicted of several offences against an ex-partner including:

-Intentional Strangulation
-Threats to Kill
-Actual Bodily Harm (ABH)
-Threats to damage/destroy property
-Criminal Damage

He was also issued with a 5 year restraining order to prevent him from contacting the victim.
