Patrick Thomas – Wales

A convicted sex offender from Bodelwyddan, Wales has been handed a community order after breaching his sexual harm prevention order.

Patrick Thomas, 25, of Bryn Morfa, admitted the breach at Llandudno Magistrates Court

He was handed the order at the same court on June 2, 2025, for an offence of engaging in sexual communication with a child.

But Thomas breached it between October 29 and November 14, 2025, when he failed to inform a police officer that he had downloaded and deleted two dating/chat applications on his mobile phone

Thomas was made subject to a six-month electronically monitored curfew.

This will prohibit him from leaving his home between the hours of 8pm and 6am.
