Serious Safeguarding Concerns Raised Over History of Abuse and Violence

Serious concerns have been raised regarding a man with a troubling history of domestic abuse, violence, and coercive control.

He has been linked to multiple women in connection with serious offences, including domestic abuse, assault on children, and affray involving weapons. These are not minor incidents. They involve violent behaviour, intimidation, and conduct that has caused real fear and harm.

Reports describe a pattern of behaviour that is both physically and mentally abusive. He is said to be controlling and coercive, using manipulation, isolation, threats, and emotional pressure to dominate partners. Those who have experienced relationships with him describe a cycle that begins with charm and attention, but gradually shifts into jealousy, control, verbal abuse, and in some cases physical aggression.

Concerns have also been raised about the impact on children, involving assault and exposure to volatile and unsafe situations.

Despite this history, he is currently active across multiple dating platforms and is openly seeking a new relationship. He presents himself as genuine and approachable, with no visible indication of the past behaviour that has caused harm. This has led to fears that another woman could unknowingly become involved and be placed at risk.
