Harry Simmonds – Isle Of Wight

A convicted Isle of Wight pervert, with a fetish for acting like a baby – known as Baby Harry for his tendency to wear soiled nappies – has been sentenced for touching himself in a public place.

Harry Simmonds, of no fixed abode, went before Isle of Wight magistrates on Thursday, February 12.

The 27-year-old had initially been charged with exposure, which he denied, and the charge was withdrawn in favour of another.

Simmonds went on to admit a single charge of outraging public decency, in Ryde, on January 17.

The court heard he committed an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely touching his genitals underneath his clothes in a public place.

Simmonds, who was jailed in November 2021 for breaching a sexual risk order, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge.

Simmonds has been previously been convicted of 13 counts of malicious communication after sending children explicit photos of himself, and telling them he wanted to rape them.

He has seen his multiple prison sentences steadily increase in length since 2019.
