Wallasey Man Previously Convicted Now Facing Further Sexual Offence Charges
Harry Hamilton, of Wallasey on the Wirral, has been charged with multiple sexual offences following an investigation lasting approximately 18 months.
According to court listings, the new charges include six counts of sexual assault and three counts of assault by penetration.
These matters are currently before the court.
Court records show that in February 2025, Hamilton pleaded guilty in a separate case and was sentenced at Liverpool/Knowsley Magistrates’ Court.
He received a 12-week custodial sentence suspended for 18 months, was ordered to complete an accredited programme and rehabilitation activity requirements, and was made subject to a restraining order lasting until February 2027.
