❌GAVIN DUFFY – GATESHEAD❌
Please do Clare’s law
Gavin Duffy – Gateshead
A non-molestation order was issued by the Court at Durham on 15th July 2025 in relation to Gavin Duffy following incidents of abuse.
The order prohibits him from:
• Using or threatening violence
• Intimidating or harassing behaviour
• Contacting the applicant in any form
• Attending or approaching her address
• Posting about her online or via social media
Breaching this order is a criminal offence and can result in imprisonment.
It has also been reported that the victim experienced ongoing physical and emotional abuse over a prolonged period, beginning when she was under 18. Despite the order being put in place, there have been continued concerns around harassment and behaviour.
This case highlights the importance of Clare’s Law (Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme), which allows individuals to request information about a partner’s history where there may be a risk of harm.
There are also concerns that this is not isolated behaviour, with further reports of domestic abuse linked to this individual.
If you or someone you know is experiencing abuse, please seek support — you are not alone.
