GARY DUKE JAILED FOR TEN YEARS FOR RAPE

Gary Duke, aged 59 and from Tonbridge, was convicted of raping a woman at a property in Maidstone on 13 November 2022.

The court heard that Duke encouraged the victim to consume alcohol and cannabis before sexually assaulting her while she was unconscious.

Following a trial, Duke was sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday 25 July 2025 to ten years in prison.
