In 2025, Damien Aldrick was convicted at Swansea Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to harassment and breaching a restraining order.
At hearings in June 2025, the court was told he had continued behaviour towards the victim despite existing legal restrictions in place.
He was sentenced to:
* 24 weeks imprisonment (suspended for 18 months)
* A community order
* 120 hours unpaid work
* Rehabilitation activity requirements
* Alcohol abstinence monitoring (120 days)
* Fines, costs and compensation

Despite this history, he was released in October 2025, as confirmed by police.
