Stephen Preece – Hereford

A violent and depraved paedophile that was sentenced to 12 years in 2017 after he abused five children has been RELEASED.

In 2017, Stephen Preece, from Hereford, was jailed after he admitted multiple sexual offences against against children, including:

Attempted sexual assault of a child under 13 by penetration,

Sexual assault of a child under 13,

Three counts of causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity,

Three counts of indecent assault.

The court was informed that the victims ranged in age from nine to 16 at the time of the abuse, and included both male and female children.

Preece was described as a predatory paedophile who repeatedly molested and assaulted children over several years, sometimes using violence to control and silence them.

Authorities also believe that there may be other victims who have not yet come forward to report their abuse.
