Wyberton man handed suspended sentence for series of assaults, criminal damage, and harassment
A 34-year-old man has been handed a suspended custodial sentence after a string of violent and disruptive offences committed over several weeks in Wyberton, Boston.
Sam Fedoriw, of no fixed address, appeared before the court after admitting to multiple incidents of criminal damage, two assaults, and a pattern of harassment carried out between 1 March and 10 April.
The court was told that on 1 April, Fedoriw damaged a motor vehicle, acting in a manner described as either deliberate or reckless.
Only two days later, on 3 April, he returned to the same location where he caused further property damage and assaulted an individual by beating.
Fedoriw’s behaviour escalated again on 7 April, when he damaged a second property. This was followed by another assault on 9 April in which a victim was again beaten.
Alongside the physical and property-related offences, the court heard that between March and April, Fedoriw repeatedly turned up uninvited at a private address. His persistent presence caused the occupant significant fear, anxiety, and distress, amounting to a course of harassment.
