❌RYAN WALKER – MANCHESTER❌
⚠️TRIGGER WARNING⚠️
Reports describe a long-term pattern of domestic abuse perpetrated by ryan walker against a family with whom he previously lived. The behaviours recorded over several years include persistent psychological and emotional abuse, intimidation, coercive control, and incidents involving the destruction of property such as doors, windows, and household furniture. The children within the home were reportedly subjected to emotional, mental, and, at times, physical mistreatment.
Concerns have also been raised regarding the treatment of animals in the household. Due to repeated incidents and fears for the animals’ safety, they were rehomed to prevent further harm. There is additional background indicating previous issues relating to substance misuse, including drugs and alcohol.
More recently, the same individual received a formal police warning for harassment involving a minor under the age of 18. It was reported that inappropriate comments were made towards the young person, who is autistic, prompting the disclosure to her parent and subsequent notification to police. The individual was also arrested on two counts of harassment involving women at his child’s school, with incidents taking place at the school gates and reported to both the school and law enforcement. Additional concerns were raised regarding inappropriate behaviour towards female staff in a local trampoline facility.
There is evidence said to document harm towards animals as well as video footage depicting intimidating behaviour directed towards a disabled child with autism.
It has been highlighted that current domestic abuse legislation may cause significant concern for families experiencing abuse, particularly due to the potential for increased social services involvement. As a result, some individuals may feel apprehensive about formally reporting incidents despite ongoing safeguarding risks.
The individual referenced has known connections to Manchester, including the Gorton and Irlam areas, and has also been associated with the Corby area of Northamptonshire.
