❌ RHYS ATKINSON – LEEDS ❌
Leeds – April 2024
A Leeds man has been convicted following a public assault earlier this year.
Rhys Atkinson was involved in an incident on 28 April 2024, during which he carried out a physical attack in public. The case proceeded through the magistrates’ court, where Atkinson pleaded guilty to a charge under Section 39 – Common Assault (Beating).
Following the guilty plea, the court imposed:
• £200 fine
• 80 hours of unpaid community service
• Standard victim surcharge and costs as applied by the court
The sentencing reflects the court’s assessment of the offence as a lower-level assault, but one that required accountability and rehabilitation measures.
This case is now concluded through the criminal justice system.
