A racist sex pest exposed himself to a mum and her crying two children before telling other females “I want to rape with a white girl”.

Quinton Brown approached the woman, her sister and the two children in Birmingham city centre with his trousers and pants around his ankles on January 17th.

The 52-year-old grabbed the face of one of the woman and repeatedly said: “Hi girls, I want to rape with a white girl.”

The horrific incident caused the children to “cry hysterically”.

The young family fled into a nearby police station and reported what had happened, Birmingham Crown Court heard on Monday.

It was said that Brown had been stumbling around Colmore Row leading up to the incident, and had even approached another group of females moments beforehand.

He then went on to attack a young woman in a wheelchair and knocked her out of it, Birmingham Live reports.

Simon Hunka, prosecuting, said: “One man noted this defendant approaching a group of females. He said ‘I want a white woman’ and grabbed one of them by their face. It was after that he pulled down his trousers.”

The court heard Brown then approached a mum with her two children and sister near West Midlands Police’s headquarters at Lloyd House shortly before 8pm.

Mr Hunka told the court: “All of them saw this defendant stumbling around with his trousers and underwear around his ankles, exposing his penis.

“The defendant noticed them and approached. He said ‘Hi girls, I want to rape with a white girl’. He repeated that a number of times.

He then grabbed the face of one of the women, knocking her glasses on to the ground. The children began to cry hysterically.

The family ran into Lloyd House and reported what happened.”

Brown moved on towards Colmore Row where he “lashed out” at a young woman in a wheelchair and knocked her out of it. She described feeling “freaked out” and shocked by the incident, the court heard.

Mr Hunka added: “A man who worked at a restaurant on the door was looking out onto Colmore Row. He saw the defendant with his trousers around his ankles, shuffling along, masturbating.

Members of the public tried to remove themselves from the area, some came into the restaurant.

“The defendant went to lie on a bit of street furniture and looked as though he passed out. Officers attended and arrested him.”

When officers spoke to Brown, he told them his name was the ‘Milkybar Kid’, the court heard.

Brown told officers the accusations were “true” when they were put to him, before giving his real name and date of birth.

The court heard he had 16 previous convictions for 24 offences including wounding with intent, having a gun, robbery and assaults and he was released from prison just months ago.

Brown was sentenced to 10 months in prison after admitting exposure and two counts of assault. He is currently serving a sentence for a previous crime having been recalled to prison.
