Safeguarding professionals have been involved on several occasions, and concerns have repeatedly been raised regarding the safety and wellbeing of women and children around him.

Despite these longstanding issues, he continues to pursue new relationships and attempts to present himself in a positive or innocent light, often denying wrongdoing, avoiding accountability, or shifting blame onto others.
