SENTENCE DETAILS
On 12th November 2010, Mr Addinell received an extended determinate sentence of 5 years’ imprisonment and 10 years on extended license following conviction for two counts of rape and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He was 46 years old at the time of the index offence.
In July 2012 Mr Addinell was released on parole license at the automatic point in his sentence.
He was arrested and recalled in April 2013. Mr Addinell had breached his license conditions and subsequently received a parallel 16-week sentence for a conviction of common assault.
