OLIVER NEAL – BRACKNALL

A man who carried out a brutal assault on his former partner has been jailed after leaving her with severe facial injuries including a broken nose and two fractured eye sockets.

Police described the victim as showing exceptional courage in supporting the investigation and seeing the case through to court.

Thames Valley Police reiterated their commitment to listening to victims of domestic abuse and conducting robust investigations. They encouraged anyone experiencing abuse to contact them, assuring that specially trained officers are available to offer support and guidance.

Oliver Neal has now been jailed for four years for the attack.
