Nicholas Jurak – Beccles, Suffolk

At a hearing in September 2018 at Norwich Crown Court, Nicholas was sentenced in relation to the following offences, having pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing:

▪︎ 1 x Assault a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm
▪︎ 2 x Criminal damage to property valued under £5000

He was sentenced to:
▪︎ A total of 18 months immediate imprisonment
▪︎ To pay the courts a surcharge of £170, within 12 months
▪︎ An indefinite Restraining Order and prohibited from entering Loddon
