A convicted sex offender defied court orders preventing him from contacting children under the age of 16 and having internet-enabled devices.
Inverness Sheriff Court heard that 20-year-old Neil Clark, currently on remand at Polmont Young Offenders Institution, had been living in Inverness homeless accommodation when the offences took
place.
Clark had been made the subject of a Sexual Harm Protection Order in February this year, which he admitted breaching twice at Inverness Sheriff Court.
