A pervert had a disgusting collection of child sexual abuse videos and photos of children as young as two.

Mark Burdis had been downloading the vile material, which also involved extreme porn involving dogs and people, over a two month period at his Northumberland home.

A court heard that police searched the 39-year-old’s Ashington address and seized his electronic devices, which contained indecent images and 10 videos of kids, including some in category A, which are the most serious kind and involve penetrative sexual activity.

Burdis, of Castle Terrace, appeared in the dock this week to plead guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children and one of possession of extreme pornography.

Burdis was given a nine-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, was made subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for five years and must sign the sex offenders register.
