❌LUKE aka BILLY FISHER – SUTTON IN ASHFIELD❌
2016 – A then 26-year-old man from Sutton-in-Ashfield was sentenced to five years in prison following his conviction at Nottingham Crown Court. The individual was found guilty of a serious offence (rape) involving a 16-year-old girl. According to court reports, he had initiated persistent contact via text messages and later invited her to his flat. Despite her refusal of his advances and repeated requests to stop, he continued.
The case was described by investigators as deeply troubling. Law enforcement emphasized the importance of consent and the gravity of disregarding a person’s boundaries. The convicted individual was also placed on the sex offenders register for life.
Authorities commended the survivor for her bravery throughout the legal process and stressed that the sentence should serve as a strong message: lack of consent is a criminal offence, and consequences will follow.
