Serial Domestic Abuser Released After 27-Month Sentence
Karl Brians, from West Denton, Newcastle, has recently been released from prison after serving a 27-month sentence for assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH), criminal damage, and a string of offences including stalking and harassment.
Those who know him describe Brians as a serious danger to women, with a pattern of behaviour that begins with mental and emotional abuse before escalating into physical violence.
🔹 Pattern of Abuse:
- Repeated stalking and harassment of partners
- Smashing up homes and cars during rages
- Long-standing history of domestic violence offences
- Mental and emotional abuse escalating to physical assaults
🔹 Current Concerns:
Brians has been out of prison for only a week and is already reported to be active on dating sites. Those who know him fear he will target another vulnerable woman.
“He mentally and emotionally ruins women before the physical abuse starts. He’s a serious danger to women. I’m terrified this is going to happen to someone else.”
