George Smith is a dangerous individual with a documented history of stalking, harassment, and abusive behaviour.
He presents himself as kind and trustworthy at first, but over time he becomes controlling, manipulative, and threatening towards the women he targets. He has repeatedly harassed multiple victims, using excessive emails, fake accounts, and even financial transactions as part of his abuse.
His behaviour extends to following victims in public, including tracking them from their workplaces to their homes, and even chasing them down the street.
Mr. Smith has previously been served with a Non-Molestation Order relating to his ex-partner and their child, due to concerning comments and actions involving the child.
Given the severity and persistence of his actions, a Clare’s Law disclosure is strongly warranted.
