Pattern of Abuse and Harassment

This individual has a known history of physical and emotional abuse, showing clear patterns of controlling and manipulative behaviour. He has previously been convicted of domestic violence and harassment offences, displaying repeated intimidation and coercion towards partners.

Police records show that during one investigation, he made over 500 phone calls within a two-hour period while his victim was providing a statement — behaviour described as persistent and obsessive harassment.

He had recently served a six-month custodial sentence for harassing another woman, highlighting a continued pattern of offending.

Following his imprisonment, a further incident occurred in which a private and inappropriate image of a woman — taken without her knowledge when she was underage — was shared on social media by people associated with him. The victim has since expressed how deeply distressing this experience was.

Authorities have assessed him as posing a significant risk to women, and anyone with concerns is encouraged to seek advice or protection through the police, the National Domestic Abuse Helpline (0808 2000 247), or by applying for a Clare’s Law disclosure to obtain information about an individual’s history of abuse.
