This post is shared to raise awareness about a man whose behaviour has caused serious harm and ongoing risk to women and children.

Charlie Shillibeer, known across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire, has a documented history of abusive, controlling and dangerous behaviour towards women.

His conduct has included:
• Threats to kidnap a child
• Threats to throw acid in a woman’s face
• Repeated physical violence towards partners
• Criminal damage, including keying a family member’s car and targeting her home
• Sustained stalking and harassment
• Hundreds of phone calls and messages sent daily from multiple numbers
• Harassment by email
• Turning up uninvited and watching from nearby car parks
• Financial abuse and fraud, now under active police investigation

A Non-Molestation Order is currently in place protecting both a woman and her young son, running until October 2026. This order was granted due to the seriousness and persistence of his behaviour.

Despite this, abusive conduct has continued, including a recent police case involving fraud and financial abuse reported on 12 January 2026.

His history of violence towards women is recorded under Clare’s Law, showing a clear pattern of coercive control, threats, and abuse.
