He has now been charged with:

11 counts of attempted murder

1 count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm

2 counts of possession of a bladed article

He will appear at Peterborough Magistrates Court this morning

Another one with “Mental Health Issues” who was also “known to the authorities” 🙄
