BAILEY DALY – ACCRINGTON

Bailey daly subjected the victim to both physical and emotional abuse over a prolonged period. He was charged with multiple serious offences, including three counts of domestic violence, theft, arson, criminal damage, and false imprisonment.

Although he received a 16-month custodial sentence, he ultimately served only around three and a half months in custody.

So now, after everything I went through, I’ve finally received justice. Day after day, he subjected me to verbal and emotional abuse, which eventually escalated into physical violence. I won’t accept anyone trying to defend him or claim he was innocent, because from my experience, he was responsible for the suffering I endured.

What I’ve shared is only a small part of what happened—much of it took place in front of his daughter, and even while I was pregnant. It was a horrific time in my life, but I’m finally free from it.

Now that justice has been served, I can finally begin to move forward and rebuild my life, and I’m truly grateful to be able to do that.
