Kilmarnock, Scotland – 26 August 2025

Andrew White, 19, appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on Tuesday, where he pleaded guilty to charges of domestic abuse and harassment. He was issued a 12-month Non-Harassment Order and fined £540.

The case followed a lengthy, year-long legal process, during which White initially entered not guilty pleas. The charges stemmed from a series of incidents involving a former partner, who was only 16 years old at the time of the abuse.

White has reportedly misled others about the nature of his court appearance, downplaying the seriousness of the offences. There are now concerns about his current relationship with another young girl who has only recently turned 16 — and who may not be aware of his past conduct.

Court documents confirm that Andrew White is legally prohibited from contacting the victim. Breaching this order would be a criminal offence and could result in further prosecution or imprisonment.

This case is yet another reminder of how critical it is to verify the background of individuals, especially when vulnerable people may be at risk.

If you have concerns about someone’s past behaviour, you can make a Clare’s Law request through your local police station or the official police website.
