❌AARON HALLIGAN – BIRMINGHAM❌
Man Given Restraining Order After Harassment Conviction at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court
A Birmingham man has been sentenced for harassment following a case heard at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court.
Aaron Halligan was sentenced on December 8, 2025, after being convicted of harassment without violence.
The court imposed a one-year community order, requiring him to complete up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs.
In addition, Halligan has been made subject to a one-year restraining order. Under the terms of the order, he must not contact the complainant directly or indirectly and must not enter Honeybourne Road, Birmingham, B33 0RP.
An exclusion zone of 100 metres from the address has been imposed, monitored electronically for 12 months. The order began on December 8, 2025, and will remain in place until December 7, 2026.
The court confirmed that any previous bail conditions no longer apply now that sentencing has concluded.
Impact on the Family
Following the case, the complainant described Halligan as “manipulative” and accused him of bullying behaviour. She stated that she was not the first person to seek police assistance in relation to him.
She further claimed that he had bullied and threatened her for money and said his behaviour had a serious impact not only on her but also on her children.
The Criminal Justice System’s Witness Care Unit confirmed that the case has now concluded in relation to Halligan.
