❌ROSS QUIGLEY – MOTHERWELL, SCOTLAND❌

Ross Quigley, 34, from Motherwell, Scotland, has been the subject of concerns raised by individuals who report experiencing emotional and financial manipulation, gaslighting, and controlling behaviour.

It has also been suggested that those who may have concerns about his previous conduct should consider making a Clare’s Law (Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme) request, as multiple past partners have allegedly reported similar experiences.

There have also been claims that he has been unfaithful in relationships, including to his current partner.

Documented Case

A widely reported and court-proven incident concerns a serious assault committed by Ross Quigley when he was aged 25.

A man described in court as “dangerous to females” was jailed after attacking a woman who was holding a baby.

Ross Quigley, then 25, a personal trainer from Whitehill, was sentenced to eight months in prison at Hamilton Sheriff Court after being found guilty of assault and of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner.

The court heard that Quigley assaulted the woman while she was holding a baby, causing injuries that required hospital treatment. The victim suffered bruising and swelling to her face and neck, along with marks to her hand and hip.

Sheriff Allan McKay told Quigley:

“You are a man who is dangerous to females. You made no attempt to apologise or show any understanding of the damage your conduct caused. The only way to deal with this is a lengthy custodial sentence.”

The jury was shown photographs of the victim in hospital, and it was confirmed that another child witnessed the attack.

Quigley was also convicted of two additional charges of threatening and abusive behaviour at a property in Blantyre — one directed at a relative of the victim on November 17, and another incident the following day. He was further convicted of driving while disqualified and without insurance.

Sheriff McKay described his conduct as “utterly unacceptable” and said his lack of remorse indicated a continuing risk to women.

The victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, stated after the hearing:

“I don’t think the sentence is long enough for what I had to experience. However, I am very happy with the guilty conviction. If women are attacked, they need to speak out.”
