❌MICHAEL KINLAN – MIDDLESBROUGH ❌
Man Charged with Animal Cruelty and Dangerous Driving in Middlesbrough
A Middlesbrough man has been charged with causing unnecessary suffering to dogs and puppies and is also facing charges in connection with a separate dangerous driving incident.
Michael Kinlan, 22, of Central Avenue, Whinney Banks, Middlesbrough, is alleged to have failed to properly investigate and address the causes of poor body condition and weight loss in two dogs, Fennedy (a female tan and white bull breed) and Suzie (a female tan bull breed). He faces charges of causing unnecessary suffering at his home address. A warrant has been issued for his arrest after he failed to attend Teesside Magistrates’ Court.
In a separate incident, Kinlan appeared in court charged with dangerous driving and causing grievous bodily harm with intent. The charges relate to an incident outside The Green Tree pub on Gilkes Street, Middlesbrough, where a car was allegedly driven into a group of people, leaving one woman with serious leg injuries. She has since been discharged from hospital.
Kinlan was remanded in custody and is due to appear before Teesside Crown Court on Thursday, July 18.
