Corey Coleman, 26, from Llanharan, near Pontyclun, Rhondda Cynon Taf – caught on CCTV sexually abusing horses.
Coleman sexually abused the animals – a palomino stallion called Benny, a bay mare called Narla, and a bay colt named Bear – at Ynyscrug Livery in Pantybrad where he helped out. The abuse took place over several months and he was only caught after being injured by a stallion.
When asked about his injuries, Coleman said one of the stallions had attempted to mount him. Upon checking CCTV, stable owner Alex Hill discovered disturbing footage of Coleman “teasing and arousing” a horse.
Investigators found:
- A bottle of baby lotion in Coleman’s container outside Benny’s stable
- Video evidence of repeated abuse over a prolonged period
- Horses showing signs of aversion and distress
An independent vet described the abuse as unnecessary suffering and emotionally damaging, stating it was “conducted over a prolonged period”.

- Admitted to causing unnecessary suffering to Benny and Bear
- Failed to meet the needs of all three horses (including Narla)
- Sentenced to:
- 8-week suspended custodial sentence
- £474 in costs
- 5-year ban on owning, keeping, transporting, or participating in horse care
