A two time convicted paedophile who was sentenced to a total of 18 years in 2015 is now living just yards from a nursery in Bristol.
Highly dangerous Dominic Purvis was released in 2024 after serving nine years in prison, after repeatedly sexually assaulting three girls as young as nine.
Purvis has now set himself up as an electrical installer for performing arts venues. His company is called “Somerlake services LTD”
He now lives just 100 yards from “The Red House Children’s Centre” in Redland, Bristol which is a nursery for children aged two to five
Drag queen Purvis was addicted and had thousands of child sexual abuse and child rape images which he exchanged with fellow paedophiles around the world, and he turned his sexual fantasies into reality when he gained access to the girls aged nine to 11.
He used the false name of Dominic James to hide his true identity and the victims’ horrified mother only learned the truth when he was arrested for downloading yet more indecent images of kids
Chat room messages on his computer showed he shared his sick fantasies online and in a chilling echo of the real life abuse which followed he told one contact: “I like six to 12 best.”
Highly manipulative Purvis offered to stay at the mother’s home in East Devon and used his visits to abuse three of her female children aged nine to eleven.
He was a part time DJ and drag artist who used the stage name Teya Sue and sometimes dressed as a woman while visiting the family.
He abused and molested the girls when they got into bed with their mother and during tickling games.
He took secret pictures of one of them as they slept and groped another as she got ready to out.
He nicknamed one of them “my bed buggy”.
He threatened to kill them, their pet dog or their mother if they revealed what he had done and the girls were so terrified they stayed silent until after he was arrested for the internet offences.
His involvement in the entertainment industry spanned Devon and Somerset, and he was even hired for a Devon & Cornwall police disco event, which he managed under his fake name.
At the time of these offences in 2013 he was also working as a cook in the Barn Owl pub in Sowton, Exeter .
In 2015, he was sentenced to 14 years with an extended licence of four years
In 2006, he was convicted of possession of indecent images of children which included rape and sexual torture.
In 2003, he was convicted of fraud and creating false documents.
Purvis is a manipulative liar who continues to use fake names and identities for his own gain. He is a predatory and dangerous paedophile.
