Robert Edmunds, 42, Lowestoft
A Claire’s Law application is advised before having any involvement with this individual as he is a convicted domestic abuser.
On 04/09/25 at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court, he pleaded guilty to offences of Breaching a Non-Molestation Order and Theft, after he stole all of his ex-partners’ underwear when he had attended their previous home together under the guise of collecting some of his belongings following the break down of their relationship.
He was sentenced as follows:
-12 weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months
-To complete 10 Rehabilitation Activity Requirement Days and 200 hours of unpaid work
-Pay £85 costs to the CPS
-Pay £154 victim surcharge
Edmunds was also made subject of a 12 month restraining order preventing him from contacting the victim.
