Richard Gilbert – Gloucester

A “manipulative” sex predator that was sentenced to eight years in 2022 after abducting and engaging a schoolgirl into sexual intercourse has been RELEASED

Richard Gilbert, of Gloucester, was found guilty of six counts of sexual activity with the female child from September 2021 to Spring 2022.

The then 30-year-old had previously admitted abducting the schoolgirl.

Judge Neil Millard described Gilbert as a “dangerous predator” and “abusive child sex offender”.
