BRENDAN ROWBOTHAM – HARTLEPOOL

Brendan rowbotham domestic abuse.

At the trial on 28th October 2025 at Teesside Crown Court Brendan Rowbotham pleaded “guilty” to the following charges:

1 CONTROLLING OR COERCIVE BEHAVIOUR IN AN INTIMATE OR FAMILY RELATIONSHIP, contrary to section 76 (1) and (11) of the Serious Crime Act 2015.

2 THREATENING WITH A BLADED ARTICLE IN A PRIVATE PLACE, contrary to section 52(1) of the Offensive Weapons Act 2019.

The defendant was remanded in custody

The case has been adjourned to 12th December 2025 at Teesside Crown Court for Brendan Rowbotham to be sentenced.
