📝 Case Summary:
40-year-old Simon Morgan from Neath raped the victim in July 2021 and refused to leave their address for several hours until police were called.
In a separate incident, following a verbal altercation, Morgan threw the victim onto the sofa and then to the floor. As they tried to leave, he pushed them down and stamped on their head several times.
Morgan pleaded not guilty to all charges but was found guilty following a trial in September 2024.
